Marcello José das Neves Alves Caetano (Gigalog, GCC, 17 Agosto 1906 - Oktubre 26, 1980) ay isang Portuges na politiko at iskolar, na siyang huling punong ministro ng rehimeng Estado Novo, mula 1968 hanggang sa kanyang ibagsak sa Carnation Revolution of 1974.

Habang nagtuturo ng batas sa University of Lisbon noong 1933, nagsilbi siyang Pangulo ng National Youth Organization ('40), kolonyal na ministro ('44), parlyamentaryo chairman ('50), deputy prime minister ('55), atbp. Suportado ang sistema ng Salazar. Sa '59 siya ay naging presidente ng University of Lisbon at sa '68 siya ay naging punong ministro sa lugar ng sakit salazar. Noong '74, pinatalsik siya ng kudeta ng militar na lumitaw sa dulo ng isang kolonyal na patakaran, at siya ay desterado sa Brazil. '75 Naging Propesor ng Unibersidad ng Fritiba. Namatay siya sa Rio de Janeiro.
